4. Separate Client Agreements

These Terms govern use of the Site and general interactions with Midwest Lead LLC. They do not replace, override, or modify any separate written service agreement, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or contract signed by Midwest Lead LLC and a client. If a separate written agreement applies to a client engagement, that agreement controls the specific scope of work, pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, deliverables, ownership rights, advertising budget responsibilities, access to third-party tools, and other service-related obligations.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Midwest Lead LLC does not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, booked appointments, revenue, or return on advertising spend. Marketing and advertising results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, your offer, your advertising budget, your follow-up speed, and general economic conditions. Any examples, projections, or discussions of potential outcomes are illustrative only and not a promise or guarantee of any kind.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, and other advertising, hosting, or software platforms. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing changes, outages, or any actions they take, including account suspension or advertising disapproval.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and other materials appearing on this Site, excluding materials owned by third parties or transferred to clients under a separate written agreement, are the property of Midwest Lead LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written consent.
